Returns and exchanges
The products are not returned and no reason exchanged their handmade form. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me to resolve the problem.
If you cancel your order after ordering the product, the product will be charged. Unless, of course, there is a problem with the product. any product can be returned within 5 days of receipt of the order if and only in its original form has not been used and is unworn.
The fee is returned to the customer with booking -15% for administrative costs and if the product is returned to the seller in its original form.
